Rice processing machine--Paddy husker/rice huller function and parameter?

In the rice processing machines, if the rice is directly milled, it will not only have high energy consumption, low yield, low rice yield, but also poor quality of product rice, such as more broken rice, more grain, low purity and low by-product utilization rate, which is not conducive to the rational utilization of rice resources.Therefore, in modern rice milling factories, after cleaning and removing impurities, rice is first removed from the shells and made into pure brown rice, and then rice is milled.
In the husking process, on the premise of certain husking rate, it is required to keep the integrity of brown rice as far as possible, reduce the damage of brown rice grains, and reduce the consumption of raw materials and capacity as far as possible, so as to ensure the better husking effect.
The technological requirements of husking were as follows: paddy content in rice husk ≤30 granules /100kg, rice husk content in brown rice mixture≤0.8% , paddy content in brown rice ≤40 granules/kg, and brown rice content ≤10% in returned husking rice.
The common rice husker machine can be divided into roller husker (mainly double-rolls rice huller, Roller belt rice huller), end - pressure huller(mainly disk husker) and impact huller(centrifuge husker).
